Customer agreement
1. General information and agreement
1.1 E-shop www.Drinking-Shoes.com is operated by company Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd. based Gessayova 13, Bratislava, Slovakia 85103, ID 48204 609. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the business relationship between the buyer and the company Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Operator" or "Seller").
1.2 GTC govern the rights and obligations of the purchase contract concluded at a distance through server www.Drinking-Shoes.com between seller and buyer.
1.3 The rights and obligations of the contract of sale shall be governed by the law of sales under sec. § 588 et seq. in conjunction with sec. § 612 et seq. Law no. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code.
1.4 The buyer shall mean the natural or legal person who sent the own authorization of electronic order, the system processed trade.
1.5 Electronic orders are transmitted electronically and the form contains information on the buyer, the list of goods ordered from the menu of e-commerce website and the price of these goods, processed trade system or e-mail sent to the address of the seller.
2. Order
2.1 The main condition of the electronic order form is true and complete filling of all data required by registration form, including address, email and phone information.
2.2 All received electronic orders are considered a draft contract and are considered binding.
2.3 Purchase agreement, based on which is realized the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer is based on a binding confirmation of the order in the system. Seller e-mail booking confirmation (or part thereof) is considered to be binding for both parties, if not violating the terms agreed at the time of confirmation and at the same time there is a relationship between the customer and Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd.
2.4 Essential conditions are considered especially order content (exact specification of the goods and number of goods) price of goods and transport, method of delivery, method of payment for goods.
2.5 Amounts showed in USD are rounded. The final exchange rate is determined based on current EUR/USD exchange rate at your bank.
3. Order cancellation
3.1 Cancellation of orders by the buyer - The buyer has the right to cancel the order without giving any reason at any time before its binding confirmation by the seller. After binding confirmation of the order (submiting of the order on our website) it is not possible to cancel this order. In case of cancellation of confirmed orders agreed by both parties, the buyer is liable for damages and costs incurred to the seller.
3.2 Cancellation of the order by the seller - Seller reserves the right to cancel the order or its part in the following cases:
* For orders in which cases it has not been possible to confirm the binding (incorrectly listed contact information and address, email address, phone number is unavailable, does not respond to e-mails etc.)
* If the buyer violated the terms and conditions of this agreement
* If the product is no longer manufactured or the price was significantly altered by the supplier of goods. In the event that this happens, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to agree on how to proceed. In the event that the buyer has paid part or full amount of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account or address within 30 calendar days.
4. Price
4.1 Product prices are prices including VAT.

5. Shipping and handling
5.1 Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd does not charge any handling fee
5.2 The price of shipping is mentioned including VAT and is determined based on the delivery address (country)
5.3 Seller reserves the right to change shipping costs for deliveries outside European Union if necessary.

6.4 Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd reserves the right to investigate or cancel order in case there are system issues.
6.5 Free delivery within Bratislava is only available for following locations: Staré Mesto, Ružinov, Vrakuňa, Podunajské Biskupice, Nové Mesto, Rača, Vajnory, Karlova Ves, Dúbravka, Lamač, Devín, Devínska Nová Ves, Záhorská Bystrica, Petržalka, Jarovce, Rusovce, Čunovo.
7. Delivery terms
7.1 Deliveries of ordered products will be subject to availability of products and operational capabilities of the seller, all goods will be shipped as soon as possible.
7.2 Goods are delivered through postal services and shipping companies to the address specified by the customer in the order. The shipment of goods always contains an invoice.
7.3 Ownership rights to the product passes to the buyer once order is fully paid and received by the buyer.
8. Warranty terms and Complaints procedure
8.1 This Complaints Procedure relates only to goods which have been purchased from Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd at www.Drinking-Shoes.com.
8.2 There is an invoices included for each product purchased through Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd. This invoice serves as a sales receipt.
8.3 After the goods are received by the buyer, buyer must check the following:
* Whether it is a product that has been ordered (if it is not a product that was ordered, do not unpack the goods, do not use them, otherwise it will be impossible to replace)
* Whether the product is intact, ie. if there is no demage to a product
* Or operate all its constituent parts
Warranty does not cover defects on the goods caused by improper use, storage or damage caused by buyer. Package and the product must not be mechanically damaged.

9. Responsibility for errors at www.Drinking-Shoes.com
9.1 Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd. notes that the functionality and some information on www.Drinking-Shoes.com are provided by third parties and may contain inaccuracies and can be updated without notice.
9.2 Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd may at any time without prior notice change the products and services displayed and described on its website and does not guarantee availability of the website at any time.
9.3. Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd is not liable to another party for direct, indirect or other damages caused by using the information from its own or linked sites.
10. Personal Data Protection
10.1 Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd. respects the protection of personal data in information systems. Our company respects your privacy. We need to have some of your data (contact information etc) so that we can offer a valuable service, but these data are protected against misuse. We will ensure not to provide your personal information to a third subject. Shipping address is the only information we need to provide to postal services or shipping companies.
10.2 By using this internet shop you agree that we collect and use information about you and your purchases under the above specified conditions. Customer registration, application for news (ie. A newsletter), participant surveys and other forms of additional registration will automatically mean that you can be informed about news in our online shop via e-mail or telephone. If you do not wish to continue receiving this information, you can at any time terminate their transmission as described in our communication.
10.3 Pressburg Shoemakers Ltd reserves the right to withdraw from the security guarantees if attacked by unknown perpetrators server (hacker).
